Hours of Operation
The box office window will open one hour prior to each performance.
Box office staff will be available via email at [email protected] and phone at 212.677.4210 x10.
- Monday: 10:00am-6:00pm
- Tuesday-Friday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Two Hours Prior to Performances
Box Office Policies
REFUNDS AND PAST-DATE POLICY
All sales are final and non-refundable.
All ticket purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred for profit, or offered for resale on any secondary ticketing platform. Any tickets found to be resold or transferred in violation of this policy will be canceled without refund, and entry will be denied.
Exchanges are not available outside of extreme circumstances and for FlexPass holders. Based on availability, those who miss a performance may call the Box Office on the day of another performance to check availability for a past-dated seat which will be offered at no additional cost. All past-dated seats will be granted and assigned at the discretion of the Box Office.
Please note that all FlexPass holders are entitled to complimentary exchanges and are encouraged to contact the Box Office if an exchange is desired.
PERSONAL RECORDING DEVICES
Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be turned off during the performance.

Exact seating zones may vary slightly for each production. Grey indicates accessibility seats.
Accessibility
Patrons who have mobility issues, face challenges with their vision or depth perception, or those who may be attending the performance with a service animal are encouraged to contact the Box Office for additional assistance when purchasing their tickets.
WHEELCHAIR SEATING
Wheelchair seating is available for all performances, and the theater has a wheelchair-accessible restroom. Our Front of House staff is ready to assist you to your seats upon arrival.
ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES
Assistive listening devices are provided free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis. Please bring a photo ID to the box office in exchange for a device. Please contact the Box Office for additional information.
SEATING IN OUR THEATER
There are two types of chairs in our theater. Our red chairs make up the majority of seating options. Red chairs are 16” wide and 17” deep, with armrests that are 18” apart.
The first row of each section and a few additional aisle seats are our grey chairs. Grey chairs are 16” wide and 17.5” deep, with a cushion. They do not have armrests. Please contact the Box Office for additional information regarding Cafe Table seating for our Fall 2025 production of The Baker’s Wife.

Discounts are not available for one-night only productions and special events.
FUTURE CLASSIC TICKETS: $40 FOR 40 AND UNDER
CSC continues our commitment to making our programming accessible to youth and young adults: the audiences who will determine the “Future Classic” canon. We offer $40 tickets for Entry-Level and Standard seats for all regular performances. To redeem a $40 ticket, use promo code Classic40 before checkout while ordering your tickets online. Please bring ID to the box office to verify your age when you arrive at the theater.

Subject to availability, $35 rush tickets are available in person at the Box Office one hour prior to curtain.

Subject to availability, $25 student rush tickets are available in person at the Box Office one hour prior to curtain.

US MILITARY AND VETERAN TICKETS
CSC has a long-standing commitment to the military personnel in our community, and we welcome you to our theater. CSC is proud to partner with Theatre Communications Group and Blue Star Families to offer 50% off all ticketed events at our theater to U.S. military personnel, veterans, and their immediate families, subject to availability.

PLAYWRIGHTS WELCOME
CSC is proud to be a participant in the Playwrights Welcome program. Playwrights Welcome is a program created to support and inspire playwrights, composers, lyricists, and librettists. The goal is simple: to provide free access to theatre for theatre writers around the country. On the day of a performance, eligible participants may contact the Box Office by email to request one free ticket. Please note that seating is subject to availability and that a valid Dramatist’s Guild ID card must be shown at the Box Office to claim your ticket.
