WHAT'S INLUCDED
There are two tiers of FlexPasses available for purchase:
STANDARD FLEXPASS
PRICE: $140 (incl. fees)
2 Standard FlexPass Vouchers
Each voucher is valid for one Standard seat for MARCEL ON THE TRAIN and THE EMPORIUM.
PRIME FLEXPASS
PRICE: $200 (incl. fees)
2 Prime FlexPass Vouchers
Each voucher is valid for one Classic or Prime seat for MARCEL ON THE TRAIN and THE EMPORIUM.
ALL FLEXPASS HOLDERS RECEIVE:
Guaranteed seats during voucher redemption window prior to tickets going on sale to the general public.
Plans change! FlexPass holders enjoy the exclusive ability to exchange your tickets free of charge for another performance up to one week before your selected performance date.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR CSC SEASON FLEXPASS TODAY
Seeing our shows with a friend or loved one? Flying solo? For every FlexPass purchased, you will receive two (2) vouchers good to redeem for one Standard or Prime seat per production during the exclusive FlexPass redemption window. More on that below!
Be sure to select the quantity of FlexPasses that is right for you and your party.
STEP 2: MARK YOUR CALENDAR

Prime FlexPass holders:
October 27 @ 11:00am EST
Standard FlexPass holders:
October 29 @ 11:00am EST
The Emporium
Prime FlexPass holders:
February 18 @ 11:00am EST
Standard FlexPass holders:
February 20 @ 11:00am EST
STEP 3: BOOK YOUR SEATS
1) Log in to your online CSC account: www.classicstage.org/my-account/
2) Choose your eligible performance from our Calendar of Events
3) Choose your seat(s) from the available options.
- For Standard FlexPass holders: you may select Standard (blue) or Entry-Level (green) seating
- For Prime FlexPass holders: you may select Classic (yellow) or Prime (red) seats.
PLEASE NOTE: if you attempt to book a seat that is not redeemable with your FlexPass package, the voucher will not be applied and you will be charged full price.
4) If you wish, you may purchase additional tickets at the full price during this priority booking period (limit 5 tickets per performance)
5) Please note: you will not see the voucher applied until you reach the “Review Cart” page. On this page, you will see your FlexPass voucher redeemed, and the price of the ticket will be $0.00
6) Continue to “Checkout,” select your ticket delivery option, and finally select “Confirm Order” to complete your booking

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Maximum 6 FlexPass packages per customer.
FlexPass packages include one voucher redeemable for each show.
Seats are only guaranteed for all FlexPass holders during the priority redemption window. After this window, FlexPass holders may redeem subject to availability. Should a desired performance date appear sold out, FlexPass holders can contact the box office for assistance.
FlexPass holders may exchange their tickets into another performance of the same production without any additional fees, subject to availability.
