Guaranteed seats during voucher redemption window prior to tickets going on sale to the general public.
Plans change! FlexPass holders enjoy the exclusive ability to exchange your tickets free of charge for another performance up to one week before your selected performance date.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Log in to your online CSC account: www.classicstage.org/my-account/
2) Choose your eligible performance from our Calendar of Events
3) Choose your seat(s) from the available options.
- For Prime FlexPass holders: you may select Classic (yellow) or Prime (red) seats.
- For Standard FlexPass holders: you may select Standard (blue) or Entry-Level (green) seats.
PLEASE NOTE: if you attempt to book a seat that is not redeemable with your FlexPass package, the voucher will not be applied and you will be charged full price.
4) Please note: you will not see the voucher applied until you reach the “Review Cart” page. On this page, you will see your FlexPass voucher redeemed, and the price of the ticket will be $0.00
5) Continue to “Checkout,” select your ticket delivery option, and finally select “Confirm Order” to complete your booking

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Maximum 6 FlexPass packages per customer.
FlexPass packages include one voucher redeemable for each show.
Seats are only guaranteed for all FlexPass holders during the priority redemption window. After this window, FlexPass holders may redeem subject to availability. Should a desired performance date appear sold out, FlexPass holders can contact the box office for assistance.
FlexPass holders may exchange their tickets into another performance of the same production without any additional fees, subject to availability.
