For high school students with a passion for theater, strong leadership skills, and a desire to learn about all aspects of the professional performing arts, CSC offers a unique opportunity to be a vital part of an acclaimed Off-Broadway company.

As leaders of the next generation of artists and audiences, NextGen Members participate in workshops, go behind-the-scenes, develop business skills, and flex their creativity over the course of this multi-year afterschool program.

Designed to serve students in the local community, the NextGen program is entirely free of charge for participants thanks to the generosity of CSC’s donors. CSC is grateful to Con Edison for their generous sponsorship of our educational programs.
